We are both teachers who have an interest in cake decorating.  We’ve decided to turn our hobby into a “Piece of Cake”. We have recently completed 4 levels of Cake Decorating Courses.  These courses included:  Techniques with Butter Cream icing, Royal icing, Fondant and Gum Paste.
